Proces nástupnictví v segmentu MSP

Succession Process in SME Segment
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na časově náročnou a komplikovanou problematiku procesu nástupnictví v segmentu malých a středních podniků. Výstupy výsledných ukazatelů jsou důležitým podkladem pro nalezení vhodného řešení v očekávané problematice nástupnictví. Zjištěné návrhy i s možnými řešeními vedou ke správnému uchopení stavu a řešení nelehké a časově náročné situace.
Abstract:
The work is focused on time - consuming and complicated process, the issue of succession in the segment of small and medium - sized enterprises. Outputs outcomes are an important basis for finding a suitable solution to the issue of the expected succession. Identified suggestions and possible solutions lead to the correct grip state and solving the difficult and time consuming - situation.
