The Evaluation of the Key Activities of Business Continuity of the Railway Infrastructure Administration, state organization, in Crisis Situations

Abstract:

Diplomová práce vychází z Plánu kontinuity činností za krizových situací. Ocenění bude provedeno pomocí dílčích parametrů kontinuity jednotlivých činností. Dosažené hodnoty kontinuity činností lze vzájemně srovnávat a z celkové hodnoty činnosti lze vyhodnotit, jak je dané pracoviště připraveno pokračovat ve své činnosti za normálních a krizových situací.

Abstract:

This thesis is based on The Business Continuity Plan in the Crisis Situations. Estimation will be done by means of partial parameters of the continuity of individual activities. Achieved values of business continuity can be mutually compared, and based on the total value of the activity, it can be evaluated how is the department ready to continue with its activities under normal and critical situations.
