Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vzdělávání porodních asistentek. Mapuje nejvyšší dosažené vzdělání porodních asistentek a jejich zájem o účast na dalším profesním vzdělávání. Vymezuje faktory, které pozitivně či negativně ovlivňují profesní vzdělávání porodních asistentek. This diploma thesis dealt with an issue of midwives' education. It mapped midwives' highest educational attainment and their interest in further professional education. It defined the factors influencing professional education of midwives in a positive and negative way.
