Social development staff as an effective tool staffing strategy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá různými možnostmi poskytování sociálních benefitů. Hodnotí a analyzuje vliv různých faktorů na volbu konkrétních benefitů. V teoreticky-metodologické části je provedena literární rešerše, v níž jsou pomocí odborné literatury vysvětleny a definovány pojmy: sociální rozvoj zaměstnanců, motivace, hodnocení zaměstnanců, personální strategie a zejména sociální benefity. V další části bakalářské práce jsou navrženy výzkumné otázky. V poslední kapitole teoreticky-metodologické části věnované metodice práce, jsou vysvětleny výzkumné metody použité při výzkumu. V aplikační části je představena organizace, ve které byl výzkum realizován. Tato organizace nechce být jmenována, proto je nazvána jako společnost XY, s.r.o. V této části jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky dotazníkových šetření. Následně jsou zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky s návrhy možných budoucích opatření. Bakalářská práce je zakončena závěrem, ve kterém je popsáno, zda byl naplněn cíl práce.

Abstract:

This thesis is concerned by possible ways of providing social benefits. The work evaluates and analyzes influnce of different factors on the choice of particular benefits. The terms social development of workers, motivation, evaluation of employees, pesonal srategies and particulary social benefits are defined and explained in the theoretical part of the thesis. The reaserch questions are proposed in the next part of thesis. The reaserch methods for this reaserch are explained in the last part dedicated to metodology of work. The aplicable part is concerned with presentation of organisation in which the reaserch took place. This organization wishes to remain anonymous, and therefore is presented as company XY inc. The evaluation of survey i salso presented in this part. Consequently, the reaserch questions are answered with the proposals of adequate and possible future solutions. The thesis is closed by conclusion, in which is described wheteher or not the goal of this work was sufficiently fullfiled.
