Bakalářská práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření u instruktorů Vojenské akademie ve Vyškově. A také rizikovými faktory působící na jeho vznik. Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis examines the burnout syndrome among instructors of the Military Academy in Vyškov. It also analyzes risk factors affecting occurrence of the burnout syndrome. The theoretical part explains the issue of burnout syndrome, possible risk factors leading to its occurrence and methods of prevention.
