Diplomová práce se zabývá arbitrážními centry (instituce, které poskytují různé druhy podpory rozhodcům v rozhodčím řízení ad hoc) a řeší otázku jejich vzniku, existence a fungování. Cílem této práce je vysvětlit, co to arbitrážní centra jsou, proč existují, kde jsou legální hranice jejich působení a jakou roli na rozhodčím řízení mohou zastávat.
