Analysis of stakeholders of the chosen company

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Analýza stakeholderů vybraného podniku“ je porovnání finanční důležitosti stakeholderů a důležitosti těchto stakeholderů z pohledu zaměstnanců vybraného podniku. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se problematiky stakeholderů a zjišťování finanční důležitosti jednotlivých stakeholderů. Praktická část je pak věnována identifikaci důležitých stakeholderů, analýze jejich finanční důležitosti na základě údajů z účetních dat a důležitosti z pohledu managementu na základě rozhovorů a dotazníkového šetření. Závěr práce shrnuje zjištěné rozdíly a navrhuje doporučení, které by mohly mít příznivý dopad na vztahy s jednotlivými stakeholdery.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis “The analysis of stakeholders of the chosen company” deals with the comparison of the financial importance of stakeholders and the importance of such stakeholders from the point of view of employees of the chosen company. Essential concepts regarding the issue of stakeholders and the way of finding out the financial importance of particular stakeholders are explained in the theoretical part of the thesis. Practical part deals with the identification of important stakeholders, the analysis of their financial importance based on the data acquired from accounting entries and the importance from the point of view of management based on interviews and the questionnaire survey. In the closing part, there is a summarization the differences which were found out and some recommendations are suggested which could have a positive impact on relationships with particular stakeholders.
