Abstract:
Předmětem této práce je posouzení specifik průběhu insolvenčního řízení v případě bank. V hlavní části práce nejdřív budou vymezené banky jako finanční instituce a jejích postavení v ekonomickém a právním systému, a možnosti řešení nepříznivé ekonomické situace banky mimo insolvenční řízení. The subject of this work is the assessment of the specifics of the insolvency proceedings in the case of banks. In the main part of the work, firstly banks will be defined as financial institutions, will be described their position in the economic and legal system, and the possibilities of solving the bank's unfavorable economic situation outside of insolvency proceedings.
