Abstract:

Bakalářská práce Investování do komodit je zaměřena na popis, problematiku a analýzu historického vývoje investičního trhu s měkkými a těžkými komoditami. Cílem práce je zhodnocení investičních nástrojů měkkých a těžkých komodit a přiblížení těchto komodit pro potenciální investory prostřednictvím komparace. Blíže popisuje problematiku komoditního investování a zkoumá rozdíly ve vybraných zástupcích komodit. Teoretická část popisuje kromě základního investičního trojúhelníku a definice komodit také typy trhů, na kterých se s komoditami obchoduje a kontrakty, které se k obchodu nejčastěji používají, jejich teoretické klady a zápory. Dále je v této části práce popsáno dělení komodit na měkké a těžké a jsou uvedeny 2 zástupci z každé kategorie. V praktické části jsou uvedeny hodnoty kurzů předešlých čtyř zástupců komodit, jejich kolísání v čase a jsou rozebrány sezónní cykly. Poslední část práce se zabývá komparací a zhodnocením výsledků analýzy kurzů komodit na burzovním trhu pro potenciální investory.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis Investing in commodities is focused on the description, issues and analysis of the historical development of the investment market with soft and heavy commodities. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the investment instruments of soft and heavy commodities and to bring these commodities closer to potential investors through comparison. It describes the issue of commodity investing in more detail and examines the differences in selected commodity representatives. In addition to the basic investment triangle and the definition of commodities, the theoretical part also describes the types of markets on which commodities are traded and the contracts that are most often used for trade, their theoretical pros and cons. Furthermore, in this part of the work, the division of commodities into soft and heavy is described and 2 representatives from each category are listed. In the practical part, the values of the exchange rates of the previous four commodity representatives, their fluctuations over time, and the seasonal cycles are analyzed. The last part of the work deals with the comparison and evaluation of the results of the analysis of commodity rates on the stock market for potential investors.
