Mortgage Loans for Housing Needs Funding

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním nabídky hypotečních produktů vybraných bank podle určitých parametrů. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat získané informace z nabídek hypotečních bank a ty poté porovnat mezi sebou a vyhodnotit. Bakalářská práce obsahuje teoretickou charakteristiku hypotečních úvěrů, která je dále specifikována dle jednotlivých parametrů tohoto produktu, mezi které patří zajištění, účelovost, čerpání, splatnost ale i úročení, typy splácení či výše úvěru. Bakalářská práce obsahuje také praktickou část zaměřenou na informace o produktové nabídky hypotečních úvěrů u vybraných bank. Po porovnání jednotlivých nabídek v tabulkovém přehledu a grafickému znázornění je navržena nejlepší varianta hypotečního financování pro simulované klienty a navržena vylepšení produktů vybraným bankám. Na závěr jsou shrnuty výsledky bakalářské práce.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of the offer of mortgage products of selected banks according to certain parameters. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the information obtained from mortgage bank offers and then compare them with each other and evaluate them. The bachelor's thesis contains the theoretical characteristics of mortgage loans, which are further specified according to individual parameters of this product, including reinsurance, purposefulness, drawing, maturity, interest rate, types of repayment or loan amount. The bachelor thesis also contains a practical part focused on information on the product offer of mortgage loans in selected banks. After comparing individual bids in the spreadsheet and graphical depiction, the best option for mortgage financing for simulated clients is proposed and product improvements proposed to selected banks. In conclusion, the results of the bachelor thesis are summarized.
