Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na implementaci metody SMED pro zlepšení průběhu přestaveb, a to zejména z hlediska časové úspory a zvýšení výrobní kapacity. První část je věnována získání důležitých teoretických poznatků, filozofii štíhlého podniku a metodě SMED. The diploma thesis focuses on the implementation of the SMED method to improve the process of changeover, especially in terms of time savings and increased production capacity.
