Abstract:
Bakalářská práce na téma Pracovní poměr jako základní pracovněprávní vztah je rozčleněna na 2 části – na část teoretickou a praktickou. Cílem je přiblížit pracovní poměr v současné době jak z teoretického, tak hlavně z praktického hlediska a názorně ukázat na konkrétním příkladu z praxe. Jsou popsány změny od 1. 1. 2011 a zároveň chystané změny pro rok 2012.

Bachelor thesis of the subject of The working relationship as the basic employment relationship is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The aim is to bring employment at the present time, both theoretical and mainly practical perspective and to demonstrate the specific example of practice.
