Managed documentation within ISO 9001 in a selected company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na management jakosti, především na ISO 9001. Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout zlepšení řízené dokumentace v rámci ISO 9001 ve firmě A na základě komparace systémů managementu jakosti ISO 9001 dvou firem (firmy A a B). Dle příruček jakosti a dokumentovaných informací jakosti dvou firem je provedeno porovnání systémů managementu jakosti ISO 9001. Při přezkoumání dokumentace systémů jakosti jsou zjištěny formální nedostatky. Je zhodnocena finanční výkonnost firmy A. Firma se potýká s nízkou likviditou a vyšší dobou obratu zásob. Primární sběr dat je proveden u firmy A a B pomocí internetového dotazování. Dotazníky jsou zaměřeny na spokojenost zaměstnanců s řízenou dokumentací. Nejčastěji jsou respondenti spíše spokojeni s řízenou dokumentací u obou firem. Neprokázalo se, že zaměstnanci ve firmě A jsou spokojenější než zaměstnanci ve firmě B. U firmy A je vytvořen návod, který poslouží zaměstnancům pro lepší orientaci v systému CEBOS. Návod je tvořen pěti důležitými oblastmi. U firmy A je dále zhodnocen dozorový audit. Významné neshody v podniku nebyly zjištěny. Přínosem pro obě firmy jsou navržená doporučení na zlepšení řízené dokumentace v rámci ISO 9001.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the quality management, especially on ISO 9001. The aim of the diploma thesis is to design a better managed documentation within ISO 9001 in a company A based on comparative quality management systems ISO 9001 of two companies (companies A and B). A comparison of ISO 9001 quality management systems is established, according to the quality manuals and the documented quality of information of the two firms. The financial performance of company A is evaluated. The company is faced with higher liquidity and higher turnover time of inventories. The primary data collection is proven in companies A and B by means of internet questioning. The questionnaires are focused on employees' satisfaction with the managed documentation. Most often respondents are probably satisfied with the managed documentation of both companies. It has not been shown that employees in the company A are more satisfied than employees in the company B. For company A, a guide is created to serve employees for a better orientation in the CEBOS system. The guide is made up of five important areas. The supervision audit is also appreciated for company A. The significant disagreements in the company have not been identified. The proposed recommendations are to improve the managed documentation under ISO 9001 benefit both firms.
