Remuneration to drivers of international truck transport company BORS Břeclav a.s.
Abstract:
V této práci je sestaven nový návrh odměňování řidičů mezinárodní kamionové dopravy, který je vypracován pro dopravní společnost BORS Břeclav a.s. Důvodem pro vypracování této práce je zvýšená fluktuace zaměstnanců v posledních pěti letech a s tím zvýšený nárůst nehod a nákladů na zapracování nových pracovníků.
Abstract:
In this diploma thesis is presented the new system of remuneration for drivers who work in the international truck transport and is elaborated for the transport company BORS Břeclav a.s. The reason for elaboration this thesis is more highly labour turnover in the last five years which have connection with increasing the traffic accidents and increasing cost for training new employees too.
