Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je na základě analýzy procesu hodnocení výkonu zaměstnanců stanovit slabé a silné stránky a dále navrhnout opatření vedoucí k zefektivnění celého procesu hodnocení zaměstnanců.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to analyse the employee performance evaluation process to determine the strengths and weaknesses and to propose further measures to streamline the entire process of employee evaluation.
