New trends in care of the disabled, early intervention. The rights of disabled people and their protection

Anotace:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku života osob se zdravotním postižením, jejich práva, ochranu a aktuální trendy v rehabilitaci. V teoretické části je rozebrána klasifikace zdravotního postižení, historický vývoj péče o osoby se zdravotním postižením od starověku po současnost a legislativní rámec, který upravuje jejich práva a ochranu. Práce se dále věnuje otázce včasné intervence jako klíčového nástroje pro podporu vývoje dětí s postižením. Cílem práce je zvýšit povědomí o specifických potřebách této skupiny a poukázat na význam inkluzivního přístupu a multidisciplinární spolupráce. Práce je založena na odborné literatuře, právních dokumentech a současných poznatcích ze speciální pedagogiky a sociální práce.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issues of life with disability, the rights and protection of persons with disabilities, and current trends in rehabilitation. The theoretical part analyses the classification of disabilities, the historical development of care for persons with disabilities from ancient times to the present, and the legal framework regulating their rights and protection. The thesis further addresses early intervention as a key tool in supporting the development of children with disabilities. The aim is to raise awareness of the specific needs of this group and highlight the importance of an inclusive approach and multidisciplinary cooperation. The thesis is based on professional literature, legal documents, and current findings from special education and social work.
