Tato bakalářská práce popisuje výukový plán rekvalifikačního kurzu zaměřeného na základy strojírenství. Od zadání všeobecných požadavků na pracovníka, které jsou zadány firmou u školící organizace. Analýzou těchto požadavků jsou určeny vyučovací předměty, ve kterých by měla probíhat edukace rekvalifikantů. Je stanoven výukový plán, který určuje dotaci hodin pro jednotlivé předměty. This bachelor thesis describes an educational plan of a retraining course aimed at the basics of engineering. From setting basic requirements for a worker, which are set by a company at a retraining organization. Through an analysis of these requirements, study subjects in which the retraining should take place are determined.
