Abstract:
Závěrečná práce se zaměřuje na segment neživotního pojištění, konkrétně na pojištění bytových domů. Po úvodním popisu obecné charakteristiky pojistného produktu, jeho členění a přínosu pro pojištěné přechází ke konkrétním dvěma pojistným produktům od dvou největších pojistitelů v České republice. The final thesis focuses on the segment of non-life insurance, specifically on apartment building insurance. After an introductory description of the general characteristics of the insurance product, its breakdown and its benefits for the insured, it moves on to specific two insurance products by the two largest insurers in the Czech Republic.
