The Use of Coaching in Motivation

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je zjištění, zda je metoda koučování vhodným nástrojem motivace v prostředí podnikání, sportu a školství, a navržení způsobu jeho využití pro tyto jednotlivé oblasti. První část práce vychází z teoretických poznatků problematiky koučování. Praktická část je pak tvořena strukturovanými rozhovory, které jsou vedeny dle modelu GROW. Na základě analýzy a vyhodnocení takto získaných informací je vytvořeno doporučení pro jednotlivé oblasti. Cílem tohoto doporučení je zlepšení koučovaných a zvýšení efektivnosti jejich motivace.

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis is to find out if the method of coaching is appropriate to the motivation in the branch of business, sport and education and also a proposal of the method of its using for these particular branches. The first part of the task comes from the theory of issues in coaching. The practical part composes structural interviews which are directed by the pattern GROW. On the basis of analysis and evaluation is created a recommendation for these particular branches. The goal of this recommendation is an improvement of people who are being coached and it is also useful in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the motivation.
