Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vzdělávání zaměstnanců v organizaci jako klíčový prvek pro zvyšování produktivity a konkurenceschopnosti firem. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav vzdělávacích procesů ve vybrané organizaci a navrhnout vhodná zlepšení v oblasti vzdělávání. Teoretická část práce se zabývá pojmem, jakým je vzdělávání zaměstnanců samotné a dále rozebírá jeho konkrétní metody. Praktická část přináší data o skutečně využívaných metodách, hlubší pohled do procesů v organizaci a dále zkoumání začlenění dalších vzdělávacích metod, jež by byly pro tuto organizaci vhodné. Na základě získaných poznatků jsou navržena konkrétní opatření pro zlepšení vzdělávacích procesů, která by měla vést k efektivnějšímu využití pracovních sil a zvýšení jejich profesních kompetencí.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on employee training in the organization as a key element for increasing productivity and competitiveness of companies. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of training processes in the selected organization and to propose appropriate improvements in the field of training. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the concept of employee training itself and further discusses its specific methods. The practical part provides data on the methods actually used, a deeper insight into the processes in the organization and further exploring the incorporation of other training methods that would be suitable for this organization. Based on the findings, specific measures are proposed to improve the training processes, which should lead to a more efficient use of the workforce and an increase in their professional competencies.
