The Principle of the Equitable Remuneration for the Work an the Enterprise Wage System

Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je „Princip spravedlivé odměny za práci a vnitropodnikový mzdový systém“. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny definice některých termínů jako závislá práce, mzda, plat a některých vnitropodnikových předpisů. Dále jsou objasněny funkce odměny za práci v pracovněprávních vztazích i mimo ně, rozpracován princip spravedlivé odměny za práci z hlediska českého právního řádu i práva EU a práva MOP a vysvětleny další východiska současné právní úpravy odměny za práci. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se věnuje přehledu právní úpravy odměňování závislé práce se zaměřením na podnikatelskou sféru. Část praktická uvádí charakteristiku vybraného podnikatelského subjektu, následuje podrobný rozbor vnitřního mzdového předpisu společnosti, shrnutí získaných poznatků a návrh možných změn systému odměňování zkoumaného podniku z hlediska spravedlivosti.

Abstract:

The theme of my work is "The principle of equitable remuneration and the corporate wage system”. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part provides definitions of some key concepts, such as dependent work, the wage, the salary and some in-house rules. Furthermore, I focus on explaining the function of remuneration in (and outside) labour relations, developing the principle of equitable remuneration in terms of the Czech law, the EU law and the ILO law, as well as clarifying further outputs in the current system of regulations. The last chapter is devoted to an overview of the remuneration regulations of dependent work focusing on the business sphere. The practical part provides the characteristics of a chosen business entity, followed by a detailed analysis of the internal regulation of wages, the summary of my findings and a proposal for possible changes in the pay-roll system of the business entity in the light of equity.
