Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku potřeb klientů v souvislosti s preventivními programy, které probíhají v nízkoprahových zařízeních pro děti a mládež, a to z pohledu sociálních pracovníků. Teoretická část nejprve všeobecně seznamuje s tématem NZDM, zařazuje jej do sociálních služeb, popisuje cílovou skupinu tohoto zařízení, seznamuje s tématem rizikového chování a náplní práce sociálního pracovníka v tomto zařízení. Dále popisuje potřeby obecně a v souvislosti s klienty NZDM. Poslední kapitola v teoretické části se věnuje specifické sociální prevenci. Cílem mé práce bylo analyzovat potřeby klientů nízkoprahových zařízení a zjistit, do jaké míry odpovídají preventivní programy těmto potřebám. Výzkum byl proveden kvalitativně a to formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se sociálními pracovníky. Výsledkem je zjištění potřeb klientů NZDM a souvislost mezi těmito potřebami s preventivními programy v jednotlivých zařízeních.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the problematics of needs of clients in connection with preventive programs that take place in low-threshold facilities for children and youth, from the perspective of social workers. The theoretical part first introduces the topic of NZDM in general, classifies it in social services, describes the target group of this facility, introduce the topic of risky behavior and the scope of work of a social worker in this facility. It also describes needs in general and in connection with NZDM clients. The last chapter in the theoretical part deals with specific social prevention. The goal of the research was to analyze needs of clients of low-threshold facilities and to find out whether preventive programs meet these needs. The research was carried out qualitatively in the form of semi-structured interviews with social workers. The result is the identification of the needs of NZDM clients and the connection between these needs and prevention programs in individual facilities.
