This bachelor work deals with the ownership and the methods of its acquisition in the relation with the real estate. It is divided into three chapters. Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá vlastníckym právom a spôsobmi jeho nadobudnutia k nehnuteľnostiam a je rozdelená do troch kapitol. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na všeobecnú charakteristiku nehnuteľností a vlastníckeho práva. Druhá kapitola analyzuje jednotlivé formy prevodu a prechodu vlastníckeho práva k nehnuteľnostiam. Tretia kapitola sa zaoberá zápisom práv do katastra nehnuteľností.
