Cieľom tejto práce bolo navrhnúť a uskutočniť uživateľskú štúdiu na prieskum topológií zreťazených emailových účtov, ktoré uživatelia vytvárajú, ich názory, a bezpečnostné implikácie vyplývajúce z ich stratégií.
