Správní delikty dle zákona o evidenci tržeb.

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje správní trestání, správní delikty a přestupky. Zabývá se správním trestáním ve vztahu k elektronické evidenci tržeb. Práce analyzuje dopad nálezu Ústavního soudu na evidenci tržeb. Dále jsou analyzována data vztahující se k správnímu řízení v oblasti elektronické evidence tržeb.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis describes administrative punishment, administrative offenses and administrative delicts. It deals with administrative punishments in relation to the electronic records of sales. The work analyzes the impact of the Constitutional Court's findings on the records of sales. Further, data relating to administrative management in the field of electronic sales records is analyzed.
