Abstract:

Název práce: Využívání aktivizace pracovníky v pobytových zařízeních pro seniory Autorka: Mgr. Magdalena Čeganová Vedoucí práce: Mgr. Ladislav Otava Počet slov: 22 236 Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit jakým způsobem využívají aktivizaci pracovníci v pobytových službách pro seniory a kterými faktory je způsob využívání aktivizace ovlivněn. V práci chci upozornit na význam vhodného způsobu využívání aktivizace a na faktory, které působí na jeho uskutečňování a podat určité návrhy jejich rozvoje. Práce je rozdělena na tři části, teoretickou, metodologickou a analytickou. V první části jsou definovány základní koncepty, kterými jsou charakteristiky a potřeby seniorů, vymezení a význam aktivizace ve službách pro seniory a pracovníci v domovech pro seniory. Druhá, metodologická část se zabývá zdůvodněním volby výzkumné strategie, objasňuje operacionalizaci dílčích výzkumných otázek, výběr technik sběru dat, jednotky zkoumání a zjišťování a organizaci samotného výzkumu. V analytická části jsou popsána a interpretována data zjištěná výzkumem a zodpovězeny dílčí výzkumné otázky. Na základě prezentovaných zjištění je v závěru zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka a jsou navrženy možnosti rozvoje.

Title: The use of seniors activation by social workers in residential institutions Author: Mgr. Magdalena Čeganová Supervisor: Mgr. Ladislav Otava Word count: 22 236 The aim of diploma thesis was to find how social workers in residential institutions use activation and which factors influenced the activation method using. At this work I want to highlight the importance of an appropriate method of activation and the factors that have effect in its implementation and I want to give some suggestions for their development. This writing is divided into three parts, theoretical, metodological and analytical. In the firts part there are defined the main concepts, which are characteristics and needs of seniors, determination and importace of activation in services for seniors and social workers in residential institutions. The second, metodological part deals with reasons for the choice of the research strategy, brings out operationalization of partial research questions, techniques of data collecting, a group of investigation and survey and illustrates the organization of the research itself. In the analytical part, there are data from investigation presented and interpretated and also partial research questions answered. On the basis of the presented findings the main research question is answered in the conclusion and there are suggested some possibilities for development.
