Tématem této bakalářské práce, jak již naznačuje její název, jsou daňové trestné činy spočívající ve vylákání odpočtů DPH od státu. Práce jednak představuje základní principy daňové kriminality a v dalších částech představuje způsoby, jakými dochází ke zneužívání nadměrných odpočtů. Abstract:
The theme of this thesis, as it is implicated by its title, are tax crimes based on evasion of deductions of VAT. The thesis deals with the characteristic of VAT and basic principles of tax crimes in two general parts. In next chapters it describes ways of misusing excessive deductions.
