Abstract:
Předmětem absolventské práce je trest obecně prospěšné práce, který představuje jeden z nejvýznamnějších alternativních trestů. Cílem práce je vysvětlit podstatu, účel trestání a následně poukázat na význam alternativních trestů se zvláštním důrazem právě na trest obecně prospěšných prací a dále podrobněji popsat kontrolu výkonu tohoto trestu probační a mediační služby.
Abstract:
The subject of the graduate thesis is punishment community service, which is one of the most alternative punishments.
