Project to Support the Health of Workers in a Selected Medical Facility

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na projekt podpory zdraví pracovníků ve FN Olomouc. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat péči o zdraví pracovníků ve FN Olomouc, analyzovat vybrané rizikové faktory zdraví u zaměstnanců nad 50 let v této organizaci a na základě výsledků analýz byl navržen projekt podpory zdraví pro zaměstnance nad 50 let ve FN Olomouc, který lze využít v rámci prevence pro všechny zaměstnance. K analýze byly použity tyto metody: rozbor interních materiálů spojených s péčí o zdraví zaměstnanců 50+, rozbor sekundárních dat zdraví u skupiny zaměstnanců 50+, dotazníkové šetření mezi zaměstnanci 50+ a rozhovor s ředitelem FN Olomouc. Z výsledků analýzy je patrné, že úroveň péče zaměstnavatele o zdraví zaměstnanců nad 50 let je na velmi uspokojivé úrovni, přesto výsledky vybraných rizikových faktorů zdraví u zaměstnanců nad 50 let nejsou uspokojivé. V projektu bylo zpracováno navržení aktivit, které podpoří zdraví zaměstnanců nad 50 let ve FN Olomouc a také zázemí, ve kterém se tyto aktivity budou realizovat. Součástí projektu bylo i zpracování nákladové, časové a rizikové analýzy. Přínosem projektu je podpora zdraví zaměstnanců nad 50 let, zlepšení kvality jejich života a celkové spokojenosti zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on a project to support the health of workers at the University Hospital Olomouc. The aim of the work was to analyze the health care of workers at the University Hospital Olomouc, to analyze selected health risk factors for employees over 50 years of age in this organization, and based on the results of the analysis, a health support project for employees over 50 years of age at the University Hospital Olomouc was proposed, which can be used as part of prevention for all employees. The following methods were used for the analysis: an analysis of internal materials related to the health care of employees 50+, an analysis of secondary health data for the group of employees 50+, a questionnaire survey among employees 50+ and an interview with the director of the University Hospital Olomouc. The results of the analysis show that the employer's level of care for the health of employees over 50 is at a very satisfactory level, yet the results of selected health risk factors for employees over 50 are not satisfactory. The project elaborated the design of activities that will support the health of employees over 50 years of age at the Olomouc University Hospital Olomouc as well as the background in which these activities will be implemented. The project also included the processing of cost, time and risk analysis. The benefit of the project is supporting the health of employees over 50, improving their quality of life and overall employee satisfaction.
