Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu souvislostí mezi jednotlivými fázemi menstruačního cyklu a prožíváním a pracovním nasazením žen, které se pohybují na manažerských pozicích. Zabývá se změnami v kognitivních procesech, tělesné energii, potřebách, psychického naladění, ale i ve vztazích k druhým. The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the connections between the different phases of the menstrual cycle and the experience of women who work in managerial positions. It deals with changes in cognitive processes, physical energy, needs, mental mood, but also in relation to others.
