Diplomová práce se zaměří na specifika hospodaření a rozpočtu malých obcí. Cílem práce je analýza hospodaření vybraných malých obcí ve sledovaném období (2018 – 2020). Teoretická část práce v nezbytném rozsahu vymezí pojem územního samosprávného celku, orgánů obce a jejich pravomocí, zmapuje legislativní úpravu rozpočtového procesu a pravidel hospodaření obcí. The diploma thesis focuses on the specifics of management and budget of small municipalities. The aim of the work is to analyze the management of selected small municipalities in the 2-year period (2018 - 2020).
