Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá poválečnou restitucí majetků, jenž byly svým majitelům v důsledku nacistické okupační politiky odebrány. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit a interpretovat vybrané restituční spisy Okresního soudu civilního Brno z let 1947-1948 a na jejich základě popsat průběh restituce v praxi. Metody užité k vypracování jsou: metoda sondy, neúplná indukce a analýza.
Abstract:
The presented diploma thesis deals with the post-war restitution of property which had been taken from its original owners due to the Nazi occupation policy. The main aim of the work is to evaluate and interpret selected restitution files of District Civil Court in Brno during the period from 1947 to 1948.
