his thesis deals with the principle of procedural economy with relation to the concept of eGovernment from the point of view of czech positive legal norms. View on legislation deals both concepts of lege late et lege ferenda.

Práca pojednáva o zásade procesnej ekonómie v spojení s konceptom eGovernmentu z pohľadu českého práva. Pohľad na právnu úpravu je riešený de lege late et de lege ferenda.
