Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá plánováním krizové komunikace vybraného podniku. Jejím cílem je, na základě identifikace potenciálních zdrojů krizí, analýzy rizik a existujících opatření realizovaných ve vybraném podniku, zachytit proces plánování krizové komunikace, včetně sestavení tohoto plánu. The bachelor thesis deals with the planning of crisis communication of a selected company. Its aim is to identify potential crisis sources, risk analysis and existing measures which are realized in the company.
