Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce ?Vliv rodiny na probační dohled u mladistvých klientů Probační a mediační služby? analyzuje, zda může rodina ovlivnit spolupráci mladistvých delikventů s Probační a mediační službou. Na spolupráci mladistvých může mít vliv zda klient pochází ze sociálně slabé rodiny, z rodiny úplné, neúplné nebo doplněné, zda pochází z rodiny početné, zda alespoň jeden z rodičů pracuje a zda aspoň jeden z rodičů mladistvého podporuje. Z šetření je zřejmé, že rodina zásadně ovlivňuje mladistvé delikventy při začleňování zpátky do společnosti. Více by se mělo podporovat rodinné zázemí mladistvých delikventů, aby co nejvíce klientů řádně spolupracovalo s Probační a mediační službou a aby se mohli v co nejkratší době začlenit zpátky do běžného života.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis "The influence of family on probation supervision for juvenile clients of the Probation and Mediation Service" considers whether the family can affect the cooperation of young offenders with the Probation and Mediation Service. Cooperation juvenile offenders can affect whether you come from socially disadvantaged families, families of complete, incomplete or completed, whether it comes from a large family, whether at least one parent is working and whether at least one parent supports the juvenile. The investigation showed that the family has a fundamental impact on young offenders integrate back into society. More should be encouraged family background of juvenile delinquents in order to maximize clients properly cooperate with the Probation and Mediation Service and that they can in the shortest time to integrate back into normal life.
