Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na kompetence lektorů ve vzdělávání dospělých. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se lektora a jeho osobnosti, vzdělávání dospělých a vymezení kompetencí, od schopností, dovedností a kvalifikací. The thesis is focused on the competencies of lecturer in adult education. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the basic concepts relating to the lecturer and his personality, adult education and defining the competencies of the abilities, skills and qualifications, are elaborated.
