Tématem bakalářské práce je šikana na pracovišti v podobě mobbingu a bossingu. Toto téma jsem zvolila z důvodu, že šikana na pracovišti je stále poměrně tabuizovaná a značná část naší populace doposud přesně neví, co si pod tímto pojmem má představit. The topic of the thesis is bullying in the workplace in the form of mobbing and bossing. I chose this topic because of the bullying in the workplace is still relatively taboo and a large part of our population still do not know exactly what this term is present.
