Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá izolací a analýzou DNA hub, které pocházely většinou z herbářových položek, jejich sekvenacemi a následným vytvořením fylogenetických stromů pro konkrétní druhy hub. Práce byla především metodická, zabývala vytvořením vhodné metodiky pro herbářové položky. V této práci byla poprvé úspěšně sekvenována A. genistae, která prokázala velmi těsnou příbuznost s A. onychoides.Pomocí nově …more
Abstract:
This bachelor´s thesis is focused on molecular biological analysis for phylogenetic specification of some fungi species. I mostly used herbarium fungi. The main part was isolation of DNA because DNA from herbarium-stored fungi is hard to get it. I got only one correct sequence and created phylogenetic tree of the sequence. It was sequence of Antrodiella genistae, which is very close to A. onychoides …more
