Theater with children at kindergarten

Abstract:

Téma mé bakalářské práce je Divadlo s dětmi v mateřské škole. Hlavní otázkou celé práce je, zda děti v předškolním věku jsou vůbec schopné hrát divadlo. Abych našla odpověď, zabývám se v první části specifickými vlastnosti dítěte v předškolním věku, jeho vývojem a jeho charakteristickými činnostmi. Druhou část věnuji pohádce, kterou vnímám jako neodmyslitelnou součást dětského pohledu na svět a života vůbec. Také je to dobrý prostředek na cestě k realizaci divadla s dětmi. Ve třetí části se zabývám definicí divadla a jeho vývojem, až po divadlo v mateřské škole. Praktická část obsahuje průzkum, který se zabývá hledáním odpovědi na otázku, zda děti v předškolním věku jsou vůbec schopné hrát divadlo. Tento průzkum jsem provedla pomocí dotazníků, které jsem vypracovala pro vyučující v mateřských školách. Další část mého průzkumu jsem soustředila na předškolní děti. A to prostřednictvím strukturovaného rozhovoru s nimi. Dále pak popisuji vlastní zkušenost s dětmi ?na prknech, která znamenají svět.? Tyto zkušenosti také přikládám na DVD.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the theme of theatre with children at kindergarten and it consists of a theoretical and practical part. It mainly concerns the question whether the preschool children are generally capable of playing theatre. To find an answer, in the theoretical part I focus on specific preschool children characters, their development and on activities done with these children. This part also deals with a fairytale which I consider an essential constituent of the children?s world and their lives as such and which also represents a way to do theatre with children. End of this part deals with a definition of theatre and its development, including the theatre performed at kindergartens. Practical part of the thesis consists of a survey that tries to answer the question whether the preschool children are able to play theater. This survey was done by means of questionnaires prepared for kindergarten teachers and it also focuses on the children themselves. These were interviewed by structured questions. At the end of the thesis I describe my own experience with children who appear on the boards that mean the world. This experience is also recorded on an attached DVD.
