S narůstajícím zájmem o sport v posledních letech kontinuálně roste i počet sporů vznikajících ve sportovním prostředí. Řada těchto sporů je řešena před Mezinárodním rozhodčím soudem pro sport. With the growing interest in sport in recent years, the number of disputes arising in the sporting environment has been steadily increasing. A number of these disputes are settled before the International Court of Arbitration for Sport.
