Diplomová práce je zaměřena na strategické plánování pro subjekty veřejné správy jako možnost čerpání dotací z fondů EU nebo jiných národních a regionálních zdrojů. The thesis is focused on strategic planning of public administration subjects as a possibility of drawing grants on the EU funds or other national and regional sources.
