Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá výkonom kontroly územnej samosprávy v Slovenskej republike. Samospráva je podstatou zložkou správneho práva a predstavuje vo verejnej správe výkonné pôsobenie a ovplyvňovanie spoločenského života prostriedkami neštátneho charakteru.
