Valuation of Centrum Pivovar a.s.

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je určit objektivizovanou hodnotu nemovitostního podniku Centrum Pivovar a.s. k 31.12.2016 pro jeho současné akcionáře. Práce sestává ze dvou základních částí. V teoretické části je popsána metodika a jsou zde definovány základní termíny. Praktickou část tvoří aplikace postupů popsaných v teoretické části na vybraný podnik. Oceňovaná společnost je podrobena nejprve strategické analýze s cílem určit perspektivnost podniku. Dále je provedena finanční analýza, pomocí které je zhodnoceno finanční zdraví podniku. Na základě takto získaných informací byl sestaven finanční plán a na základě tohoto plánu provedeno ocenění výnosovou metodou diskontovaných volných peněžních toků.

Abstract:

The aim of the Master´s Thesis “Valuation of Centrum Pivovar a.s.” is to determine the objectified value of the company Centrum Pivovar a.s. as at 31.12.2016 from the perspective of its current shareholder. The Master´s Thesis consists of two main parts. The theoretical part describes used metodology and defines main concepts. The practical part is based on the application of procedures described in theoretical part to the Company. The Company is subjected to strategic analysis to determine its growth potential and to financial analysis to determine its financial health. Financial plan was created based on results of these analyzes. The Company was valuated using Discounted Cash Flows method.
