Předmětem předkládané diplomové práce je kárná odpovědnost soudního exekutora a s tím související kárné řízení. Cílem práce je rozbor vybraných hmotněprávních a procesněprávních aspektů zkoumané problematiky, a to zejména těch, které v praxi činí jisté obtíže. Abstract:
The presented diploma thesis deals with disciplinary liability of bailliffs and related disciplinary proceedings against them. The aim of the thesis is to analyse chosen substantive and procedural aspects of the topic, especially the problematic ones.
