Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu zkracujícího jednání dlužníka a věřitelově ochraně proti němu. Popisuje, co je považováno za zkracující jednání, uvádí dostupné prostředky pro věřitelovu ochranu s důrazem kladeným na odpůrčí žalobu jakožto stěžejního prostředku ochrany a pojednává o jejich využitelnosti v praxi. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the topic of debtor's shortening behaviour and creditor's protection against it. It describes what is considered to be a rights shortening conduct, outlines the available means of creditor protection with an emphasis on the counterclaim as the main means of protection and discusses their applicability in practice.
