The Analysis of the progressions in railway transport and its potential as a transport system
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na vývoj v oblasti železniční dopravy a odkrývá její potenciál v dopravním systému. Dále poukazuje na cíle a nedostatky transformace české železnice. Zabývá se též současným postavením subjektů působících v železničním prostoru. V závěrečné části specifikuje kritické faktory uplatnění železnice a spojuje získané údaje.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the development of the railway transport and reveals its potential in the transport system. This is followed by pointing out the goals and shortcomings of the Czech Railways transformation. It also deals with a current status of entities operating in the railway area.
