Práce se zaměřuje na možnosti zefektivnění procesů operativního řízení ve společnosti Komartrans s.r.o. Pomocí situační analýzy jsou identifikovány nedostatky v jednotlivých procesech a pomocí bodovací metody jsou tyto problémové úseky zhodnoceny z hlediska jejich závažnosti. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the possibilities of streamlining the operative management processes in Komartrans s.r.o. Using situational analysis, deficiencies in individual processes are identified, and using the scoring method, these problem segments are evaluated in terms of their severity.
