Women's Education about Breast-feeding of Premature New Born Babies

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je edukace ženy, o kojení předčasně narozeného novorozence. Bakalářská práce je složena ze dvou částí. V první, teoretické části, je obsažena tématika předčasného porodu a klasifikace předčasně narozených dětí. Zaměřuje se na péči o matku v prenatálním a perinatálním období, s cílem podpory kojení. Rozebírá možnosti, jakými správnými způsoby a stimulací dítěte, v optimální míře, lze podpořit kojení, vzhledem ke zdravotnímu stavu dítěte. Věnuje se alternativním způsobům krmení předčasně narozených dětí. Praktická část je zpracovaná formou výzkumu, dotazníkovou metodou. Našim hlavním záměrem bylo zjistit, jestli jsou matky předčasně narozených dětí, dostatečně informovány, o důležitém významu mateřského mléka a kojení, pro jejich děti. Zjistili jsme, že matky nejsou v dostatečné míře informovány v problematice kojení. Z výsledků výzkumu dále vyplývá, že ve dvou porovnaných nemocnicích, nejsou matky informovány ve stejné míře.

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the education of women about breastfeeding a premature newborn. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The first, theoretical part, contains the topic of premature birth and the classification of premature babies. It focuses on the care of mother in the prenatal and perinatal period, in order to support breastfeeding. It discusses the possibilities of how the right ways and stimulation of the child, to optimal extent, can support breastfeeding, given the child's health. It deals with alternative ways of feeding premature babies. The practical part is processed in the form of a survey, the questionnaire method. Our main intention was to find out whether mothers of premature babies are sufficiently informed about the important importance of breast milk and breastfeeding for their children. We found that mothers are not sufficiently informed about breastfeeding. The results of the survey also show that in the two hospitals compared, mothers are not informed to the same extent.
