Bakalářská práce pojednává o novém systému sociálního zabezpečení v oblasti nemocenského pojištění nastaveném od 1.1.2009 zákonem č. 187/2006 Sb., o nemocenském pojištění. Tímto jediným zákonem je nahrazena celá škála zákonů a podzákonných předpisů upravujících nemocenské pojištění v uplynulých padesáti letech. This bachelor thesis deals with the new social security system in the sphere of sickness insurance which is valid since 1.1.2009 according to the law Act. No 187/2006, Coll about sicknes insurance. This single act replaced the many laws and regulations that were used in the past 50 years. The general part explains benefits of sickness insurance, and compares the changes during this period.
