Dokumentace projektu se zabývá sekcí Off-program a jejím vedením v rámci Mezinárodního festivalu divadelních škol SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER 2017. Za použití metod projektového řízení definuje výchozí situaci pro 27. ročník festivalu a představuje konkrétní cíle a strategie. Práce popisuje vedení sekce a spolupráci s jejími členy. This project documentation deals with the Off-programme Section and its leadership within the International Festival of Theatre Schools SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER 2017. It defines the default situation of the 27th Edition of the festival and presents concrete goals and strategies by using the methods of project management.
